ScreenHello / Overview
Screenshot beautification, on your device
ScreenHello is a free, local-first screenshot editor. Add backgrounds, browser frames and annotations, then preview compression and export without uploading your images.
From a screenshot to a finished visual
Import a local image, paste from the clipboard or try the bundled example. Add space, a background, a browser frame and annotations for a product update, tutorial or social post. The editor processes your images on your device; no account or cloud sync is required.
Edit once. Keep the project.
Arrange up to 12 image layers, undo changes and save a portable .screenhello project. A project file is your own backup; an automatically saved browser draft is a separate local copy and may be cleared by the browser.
A Web tool with clear boundaries
Export PNG, JPG, WebP or AVIF and compare a compression preview before downloading. The Web editor is the available workflow described here. Desktop builds are still test candidates, and a Chrome/Edge extension is planned, not offered as a released download.
